My Role & How I Helped Improve the User Experience
I was the UX designer for the new Template Editor, a key tool that allows users to visually build and customize surveys. My work focused on making the editor intuitive and flexible, with a clean drag-and-drop interface, real-time previews, and clear entry points for branding, logic, and layout adjustments—ensuring both beginners and power users could create high-converting surveys with ease.
