Wilap's main challenge at the moment is that its rapid growth caused the visual design of its software to be overlooked. For this reason, they hired me as a UX designer to enhance the overall user experience on the platform.
Solution
This project is still in progress, but we have started with a comprehensive redesign of the platform's user interface (UI), prioritizing the most frequently used modules. This strategy allows us to maximize the initial impact of the improvements while progressively enhancing the remaining modules, ensuring a smoother and more consistent experience at every touchpoint.
At the same time, we are designing an iOS and Android application focused on the end user, with key features to simplify appointment scheduling. Our goal is to deliver an intuitive and efficient mobile experience that directly addresses customer needs, strengthening the connection between users and beauty centers.
